What’s UP JAPAN! 4/3 ONAIR

Good day everybody.
Today we’ll talk about Kamakura. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamakura)
The town the Kamakura Shogunate established in 1192.
Come visit, it is a small enough town that you can walk anywhere. Mountains on three sides and the ocean on the other.
Everywhere you walk you can see the hills and forest that surround the city.
We have a We Base Hostel in the area called Yuigahama.
A three minute walk from the small Yuigahama station,
which is only a three minute tram ride on the Enoden Electric Railway from Kamakura station.
The Yuigahama We Base is within walking distance from the Giant Buddha and the Hase Kannon Temple.
The town has been been for over 800 years. Established by Minamoto Yoritomo.
There is a famous Japanese Novel called “The Tale Of Genji”. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tale_of_Genji) It is a novel about the ladies of the court in Kyoto.
It is a love story read mostly by women in many parts of Japan but it was read by the Samurai in Kamakura.
The Samurai, were quite boorish, being warriors, so they needed to learn the manners of Kyoto whenever they visited Kyoto where the emperor resided.
Come visit the We Base Kamakura and check out the great French Bakery.
LIBERTE PATISSERIE BOULANGERIE (http://we-base.jp/kamakura/?page_id=27&lang=ja) located on the premises.
Nest week we’ll take a walk around the town.

WeBase, travelers seek safe, secure and clean! !

Alcohol disinfectants are also installed at the front desk in Kamakura,

and alcohol can be regularly disinfected in common areas, staff can wear masks, disinfect card keys, and disinfect handrails in the hall!

We practice what we noticed by the staff in the form of It seems that JR is also doing some sanitary management
