It is finally started to cool down over here in Japan.

The leaves on our trees have finally started to change colors.

The green leaves of the Gingko Biloba trees have finally started to turn yellow.

The nuts of these trees are wonderful to eat but they are pretty pungent when they fall off the trees with the leaves.

And the Japanese Maple Trees are starting to turn into bright reds, oranges and yellow. There are so many shades of colors on these trees. So wonderful to find a color you’ve never seen before.

The Japanese word for the Gingko Biloba is ‘Ichou’. The word for the Japanese Maple is ‘Momiji’.

The word for the Gingko Biloba nut is ‘GInnan’.
